ABOUT : I'm Rikke, and it is my greatest honour to work with you in this 1:1 way, to bear witness to the unique unfolding of your soul, to design sessions that are bespoke only to you, to look into the mystery that is you, and the power and creativity and discovery that awaits us in this terrain. I have 12 years of experience in holding group and individual training containers for yoga, meditation and the midwifing of the Self energy, and will hold the steadiness and expansiveness for you that comes from that experience. I also want to be clear that I am a spiritual-somatic guide, and not a licensed mental health practitioner, and although I am trauma informed, if there is big unmet trauma in your field I would recommend to tend to that first with a skilled professional and to come to me when you desire a much wider-lens holding field and spiritual guidance. This is not therapy, but a mentorship from a fellow traveller of the underworld & the wild terrains of unbecoming.

I believe in slowness and spaciousness when working with the soul, and so therefore I only work with people on a longer-term basis. Either 3-months or 6-months, with the initial 20-min orientation call being free.
