ABOUT : I'm Rikke, and I have 12 years of experience in teaching yoga, embodiment, meditation and practices of awakening from a non-dual lens. In these years I have guided thousands of people through classes and workshops I held at top London yoga studios (Triyoga, Indaba, etc) for the years I lived and worked there, and hundreds of others through my own immersions, retreats and teacher trainings. I was widely known even from my early days of teaching for the very skilled ways I conduct and hold spaces. My drama school and theatre background definitely gives me an edge at commanding a room with voice and storytelling, and to teach others how to do it for themselves in a way that moves between the full range from lighthearted honest warmth to mysterious & prophetic, in truth, without spiritual platitudes or unnecessary fluff that drowns the sincerity of the yogic path.
