As a facilitator of embodied liberation, meditation, somatic exploration and creative flow, a guide on the spiritual path, and above all a mystic and a wonderer, Rikke is wholeheartedly committed to whatever work attune us into practicing intimacy with Reality, and facilitating laboratories of experience for entering into this mystery in a full bodied way.

In her life Rikke has followed the thread of her creative impulse from being a ballet dancer to training and working as an actor in London pursuing her passion for theatre and filmmaking and investigating the human psyche and condition through storytelling, to following shamans into the jungle of Peru to further investigate the nature of consciousness to coming home to a sense of the sacred through embodiment, yoga, meditation, tantrik philosophy and finally earth based feminine wisdom ways and the way of ceremony and ritual.

…a path of devotion to the sacred and mystical orientations of reality that guided her from numbness and disassociation into aliveness and depth of presence.

After sharing this work for almost a decade in London, she has for the last four years lived on the road travelling the world offering retreats, teacher trainings, online courses and deep rituals.

Weaving together teachings and practices from non-dual Śaiva Tantra of the Trika lineage,  Embodied Flow™ and Body-Mind Centering®, Yoga, and other wisdom traditions, Rikke ensues to wake up a field of freedom and discovery within the awake bodymind, and to facilitate gateways into the felt sense of the innermost sanctuary of our holiness and wholeness.

On this path Rikke has been in deep study with teacher of meditation and awakening Adyashanti, a lifelong journey with Tara Judelle’s school of Embodied Flow™, she has both studied with, assisted and co-taught teacher trainings with Leila Sadeghee, studied intensely with Sianna Sherman, in addition to devoted studies with many scholars and practitioners of non-dual Śaiva Tantra over the past decade, Hareesh Wallis being one of them, undergoing his 6 month Śaiva Tantra initiation along with other courses and pilgrimages.

Rikke is also an energy healer under the Merlin lineage with VortexHealing®, and has received an initiation into Taoist Jade Egg practice with Kim Robinson.
