As a facilitator of embodiment, somatic exploration and creative flow, a guide on the spiritual path, and above all a mystic and a wonderer,

I am wholeheartedly committed to whatever work bring me closer to practicing intimacy with reality, and facilitating laboratories of experience where we can attune ourselves to the subtle notes at the depths of this mystery. Weaving together teachings and practices from non-dual Śaiva Tantra, meditation, yoga, free movement, embodiment, taoist inner alchemy work, vortex healing and earth wisdom, I hope to wake up a field of self-exploration and felt-sense discovery of the sacred in every living experience. Reality has created you to rediscover itself through your unique lens. No one sees colours like you do. No one moves like you do. Every sensation, every emotion, every unique experience is reality rediscovering itself as you and so by practicing intimacy with our reality we can trace the wave back, down into the nucleus of our experience where we find the creative energy of life - the Goddess - vibrating as you. And to this force, to this mystery, I am forever a deepest devotee.
